(10/7/11) DaYUUM! Site Launch Mash Up.

Author/Photographer: Anthony “Ajay” Yarbrough

After three weeks of not having my camera, I felt the need to get back on my feet and what better place to do so then at the DaYUUM meet at Guppy’s Teahouse in Cerritos.

Since I live kind of far, I don’t really know much but I hear this is one of their newer locations. I’ve been to the other Guppy House before and the food is pretty good, especially the desserts. But honestly, it wasn’t about the food or the cars but to support the homies. I have to admit I was hesitant about attending mainly because it was a long day at work and I knew it was another long drive to a meet. I wasn’t wrong about the long drive but once I arrived all was forgotten. Even though I showed up slightly before the 8 o’clock meet time there were a bunch of rides already parked and ready for show. I heard some of these guys arrived as early as 6. Anyways, once I got out of my car I was greeted by all the friendly people. Overall, the meet was pretty much what I expected. That may sound bad but I expected quality people, food, and of course the rides and each of my points were met. Oh yeah, there was even a free raffle. I’m actually wearing my Guppy Teahouse shirt right now. Alright enough about my shirt, on with the pictures.

As you can see all cars were welcomed.

Never seen this Element before but I can’t wait to see it again.

One of the rides from the Guppy House owners. Heard it was wrapped. Either way it’s a guaranteed neck-break-er.

Cool guy part of the DaYUUM crew.

Mike and I on our date. Tons of food neither of us could finish.

Sick xB now if only I could read Thai. I do however know what the 555 part means.

One of the sickest Corolla’s out there reppin’ Phaze 2.

Peter’s Evo from PVR Motorsports.

DaYUUM!

Really? That’s sweet.

White on white…but BBS’s! Killing it.

So fresh and so clean! Wrapped Subie from Phaze 2.

Finally met Mr. AutoCon himself. Cool guy and sick car.

Crazy G35 on if I remember correctly rides on bags. Glad I finally got to see it in person.

I’ll end it here. My camera actually died but when this car rolled in or did it hover? Well, I ran to the DaYUUM crew and they were kind enough to let me charge my battery. I needed to get a picture of this ride. Can you blame me?

Thank you for reading. Hope you guys enjoyed it!
